48:5A-10.1 Electronic filing of documents by cable television companies. 1. a. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule, regulation, or order to the contrary, the board shall, consistent with federal law, establish, on its official Internet site, a secure online process to allow cable television companies to complete online any documents the board requires by regulation or order to be submitted to it by cable television companies, and electronically submit completed documents for review and approval by the appropriate officer of the board. b. Subsection a. of this section shall not be construed as prohibiting the filing of documents with the board by non-electronic means if such non-electronic filing is required pursuant to court order, federal law, contract, or any other applicable legal requirement.
