Recording and filing certificate

48:5-3. Recording and filing certificate The certificate of incorporation shall be recorded in the office of the clerk of the county where the principal office of the company is located, and filed and recorded in the office of the secretary of state. Thereafter the incorporators and their successors shall be a corporation by the name certified in the certificate of incorporation.
