48:4-2.2. Bus drivers exempt from municipal fees No driver of any autobus who shall be authorized under the provisions of chapter 3 of the title Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulation (s. 39:3-1 et seq.), to drive a motor vehicle and who shall have paid the fee prescribed by said chapter 3, shall be required to pay any further fees or charges for municipal drivers' permits or licenses which may be deemed necessary for municipal registration, regulation and control.
