48:3-91.5 Regulations. 5. The State Treasurer may adopt regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act", P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) as are necessary to administer the provisions of this act. L.2007, c.104, s.5.
