48:3-70. Electric public utility to maintain records of transition bond charges 21. An electric public utility shall maintain or cause to be maintained records of transition bond charges which have been assessed and collected by the electric public utility for each bondable stranded costs rate order applicable to the electric public utility. Such electric public utility records and any records of a financing entity shall be made available by the electric public utility for inspection and examination within a reasonable time upon demand therefor by the board or the related financing entity.
