Certain railroads exempt

48:3-7.7. Certain railroads exempt The provisions of sections 48:3-7.3 to 48:3-7.6 of this title shall not apply to any public utility subject to the jurisdiction of the interstate commerce commission owning, operating, managing or controlling a steam railroad within this state.
