Transportation as one fare.

48:3-34 Transportation as one fare. 48:3-34. Any person who is totally blind and that person's attendant may be transported by any form of public transit or transportation at the usual and ordinary fare charged to one person, under such reasonable regulations as may be established by the carrier, anything in this Title to the contrary notwithstanding. amended 1962, c.198, s.44; 2017, c.131, s.185.
