Designation of agent to act for estate

48:3-20.2. Designation of agent to act for estate There may be filed with the board a designation containing the name and address of an agent, resident of this State, to act for the estate of such person in case of his death pending the appointment of his personal representative and the lawful authorization of such personal representative to continue to operate such public utility and such agent shall be authorized to operate or participate in the operation of such public utility until such appointment and authorization is made.
