Acceptance of ordinance granting consent to be filed

48:3-16. Acceptance of ordinance granting consent to be filed The consent granted by the ordinance shall not become effective unless an acceptance in writing of the ordinance shall be filed by the person applying for consent with the clerk or other equivalent officer of the board or body of the municipality granting the consent, within thirty days after receiving notice of the passage of the ordinance.
