48:3-13. Notice; publication The petition shall not be considered by the board or body of such municipality authorized to grant consent until public notice shall be given by publication once a week for at least two weeks in one or more newspapers published and circulated in the municipality, or if there be no such newspaper, in a newspaper published in the county in which the municipality is located, to be designated by such board or body, and by posting the notice in five of the most public places in the municipality for at least fourteen days before the meeting of the board or body at which the application shall be considered.
