48:3-106.6 Rules, regulations. 6. The Board of Public Utilities may adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of P.L.2021, c.200 (C.48:3-106.1 et seq.). The board may adopt, by board order, any program fund details necessary to effectuate the purposes of P.L.2021, c.200 (C.48:3-106.1 et seq.), and is pre-authorized to spend any necessary funds without additional approvals, provided that any temporarily avoided spending approvals are sought and obtained as expeditiously as possible. L.2021, c.200, s.6.
