48:25-15 Board of Public Utilities, authorize recovery through utility rates, costs associated with MHD make-ready locations. 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law, rule, regulation, or order to the contrary, the board may authorize recovery through utility rates of some or all of the costs associated with MHD make-ready locations, in which case such costs shall be included in the utility's rate base or otherwise be recoverable from the utility's customers, in a manner determined by the board.
