Political activities

48:23-9. Political activities The authority shall be prohibited from supporting or opposing any political party or candidate for public office, elective or otherwise, and from attempting to influence the enactment of legislation. The authority shall not, however, be precluded from promoting full discussions of public issues. L.1968, c. 405, s. 9, eff. Jan. 13, 1969.
