48:23-28 Terms of first members appointed. 15. Of the first members of the board of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority appointed after the effective date of P.L.2010, c.104 (C.48:23-18 et al.), one public member appointed by the Governor shall serve for a term of one year, the member appointed by the Speaker of the General Assembly shall serve for a term of two years, one public member appointed by the Governor shall serve for a term of three years, and the member appointed by the President of the Senate shall serve for a term of four years.
