Complementary requirements

48:2-32.2b. Complementary requirements This amendatory and supplementary act shall not be construed as limiting notice requirements, per se, to the hearings and investigations set forth in section 3 hereof but, rather, shall be construed as complementing any other public utility notice requirements, and other notice requirements, pertaining to the Board of Public Utilities, which are provided by law. L. 1985, c. 203, s. 4, eff. June 26, 1985.
