48:2-21.40 Rules, regulations. 4. The board shall, pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of P.L.2011, c.219 (C.48:2-21.37 et seq.). L.2011, c.219, s.4.
