48:2-21.33 Tax and related savings to consumers. 65. The Board of Public Utilities shall have authority and shall pass along the tax and related savings realized under P.L.1997, c.162 (C.54:10A-5.25 et al.) to consumers when making rate calculations. L.1997,c.162,s.65.
