Inapplicability of act to reimbursements under $100,000

48:2-21.13. Inapplicability of act to reimbursements under $100,000 The provisions of this act shall not apply to moneys reimbursed which are less than $100,000.00. L.1983, c. 461, s. 3, eff. Jan. 12, 1984.
