Condemnation

48:17-9.1. Condemnation Any telegraph or telephone utility may exercise the power of condemnation as provided in sections 48 and 49 hereof in taking or acquiring any land or interest therein which may be reasonably necessary for a right-of-way for its line or lines and associated fixtures for the purpose of supplying telegraph or telephone service to the public.
