48:16-22.6 Construction of act in regard to filing complaint for consumer fraud. 16. Nothing in this act shall be construed as preventing the filing of a complaint concerning limousine service with the Division of Consumer Affairs in the Department of Law and Public Safety with regard to a violation of the New Jersey consumer fraud act, P.L.1960, c.39 (C.56:8-1 et seq.).
