Power to condemn

48:14-21.1. Power to condemn Any utility organized to construct one or more dams in any river, stream, or tributary to Barnegat Bay for the purpose of developing and selling electricity may exercise the power of eminent domain as provided in sections 48 and 49 hereof to take any real or personal property, rights, privileges, franchises or easements necessary for its dams, reservoirs, ponds, locks, weirs, gates, bridges, races, canals, power stations and flowage.
