48:13A-7.4. Fees 4. a. Every solid waste collector shall pay an annual fee of $100.00 to cover the costs of supervising the solid waste collection industry. The fee imposed pursuant to this section shall be in addition to the annual assessment made by the board pursuant to P.L.1968, c.173 (C.48:2-59 et seq.). b. The provisions of section 1 of P.L.1959, c.43 (C.48:2-56) or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto to the contrary notwithstanding, the board may charge and collect a filing fee of up to $500.00 per applicant from persons seeking to obtain a certificate of public convenience and necessity pursuant to sections 7 and 10 of P.L.1970, c.40 (C.48:13A-6 and 48:13A-9).
