48:13A-7.27. Certificate of public convenience and necessity required for operation 4. a. The owner or operator of every privately-owned sanitary landfill facility shall hold a certificate of public convenience and necessity issued by the department pursuant to the provisions of section 7 of P.L.1970, c.40 (C.48:13A-6). b. The terms and conditions of solid waste disposal services at a privately-owned sanitary landfill facility shall be set forth in a tariff filed with the department. c. Within ten days of any deletion or addition of a service, a tariff amendment shall be filed with the department. L.2003,c.169,s.4.
