48:13A-7.22. Rules, regulations 22. The Board of Public Utilities shall establish, in rules and regulations adopted pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), uniform bid specifications for municipal solid waste collection contracts.
