Solid Waste Enforcement Fund

48:13A-7.21. Solid Waste Enforcement Fund 21. a. There is created in the Board of Public Utilities a special nonlapsing fund to be known as the "Solid Waste Enforcement Fund." All monies from penalties collected by the board pursuant to section 13 of P.L.1970, c.40 (C.48:13A-12) shall be deposited in the fund. b. Unless otherwise expressly provided by the specific appropriation thereof by the Legislature, monies in the fund shall be utilized exclusively by the Division of Solid Waste in the Board of Public Utilities for enforcement and implementation of the provisions of P.L.1970, c.40 (C.48:13A-1 et seq.) and P.L.1991, c.381 (C.48:13A-7.1 et al.).
