48:13A-7.13. Publication of rate schedules by the Board 13. The Board of Public Utilities shall, within 12 months of the effective date of this amendatory and supplementary act and at least once every six months thereafter, publish the rate schedule set forth in the uniform tariff of every solid waste collector serving a particular region of the State in at least one newspaper of general circulation within that region and at least one newspaper of statewide circulation. The rate schedule shall be accompanied by a notice advising the public of the current solid waste collection rate band in effect on that date and stating that any difficulties in securing solid waste collection services, or any complaints pertaining to the adequacy of existing solid waste collection services, may be referred to the board.
