48:12-71. Agreement for division of cost The State Highway Department and any railroad company or companies may enter into an agreement on the basis of the division of the cost, as provided by section 48:12-70 of this Title, covering the work in the annual program, or the elimination of any crossing at grade or the improvement, relocation, alteration or reconstruction of any crossing not at grade on any State highway, in addition to the work provided for in such program.
