Motive power; condemnation

48:12-19. Motive power; condemnation Any railroad company authorized to use steam as a motive power may use any motive power it deems best adapted to the economical operation of its railroad, and may erect, construct, maintain and use such machinery, engines, devices and appliances and such poles, wires, conduits or other methods for conducting and distributing power as may be required. For this purpose any such company may take lands by condemnation.
