48:12-155. Number in train crews The board of public utility commissioners, upon its own initiative or upon complaint in writing, may by order in writing after hearing on notice to the parties direct any railroad company in this state to employ such number of employees on any of its trains as the board shall deem necessary to afford safe, adequate and proper service for the protection of the public and the employees of such company.
