48:12-125.2. Contents of notice Each notice, required to be served pursuant to this act, shall contain a brief description sufficient to identify the right of way intended to be abandoned and sold or otherwise disposed of together with a statement that the notice is given to afford the State and each county and municipality in which the said right of way is located an opportunity to acquire the right of way or such portion thereof as may be required for public use.
