48:12-110. Issuance of certificates; contents; list to railroads; revocation The Secretary of State shall issue a certificate in card form under his seal of office to each person designated in section 48:12-109 of this Title. It shall bear the title of such person's office or state the capacity in which he is employed by the State, the date of issuance to such person and the date of expiration of such person's office or employment. The certificate shall be signed by the Secretary of State and the holder shall indorse his name on the back thereof. The certificate shall set forth the limitations on use contained in section 48:12-111 of this Title. The Secretary of State shall, within 48 hours after the issuance thereof, mail to every railroad company of this State a list of every person to whom such certificates have been issued. The Secretary of State may revoke any certificate which is loaned in violation of section 48:12-112 of this Title. Amended by L.1969, c. 159, s. 2, eff. Sept. 9, 1969.
