48:12-104. Ejection of passenger for nonpayment of fare If any passenger shall fail or refuse to pay his fare, the conductor of the train and the servants of the company, using no unnecessary force, may put him and his baggage out of the cars at any usual stopping place or near any dwelling house, but not on any bridge or in any dangerous place.
