Retention of specific papers may be ordered

47:3-10. Retention of specific papers may be ordered The Superior Court assignment judge or the county judge, of the county, may order the retention of specific papers included in any of the aforedescribed papers and direct that such specific papers be retained by the county clerk or register of deeds and mortgages, as the case may be, as a part of the permanent records of the county.
