47:1A-7.1 Complaints, appeals, Government Records Council, Superior Court, anonymous, fictitious identity, dismissal with prejudice. 9. a. All complaints and appeals pending before the Government Records Council or the Superior Court filed prior to the effective date of P.L.2024, c.16 (C.47:1A-5.1 et al.), either anonymously or using a fictitious name or identity, may be dismissed with prejudice upon a motion by the public agency, unless the complainant files an amendment to their complaint that accurately identifies their name and mailing address within 90 days of the effective date of P.L.2024, c.16 (C.47:1A-5.1 et al.). b. The parties to any complaint or appeal pending before the Government Records Council, the Superior Court or the Supreme Court of New Jersey filed prior to the effective date of P.L.2024, c.16 (C.47:1A-5.1 et al.), shall be permitted to file an amendment to their respective complaints and answers within 90 days of the effective date of P.L.2024, c.16 (C.47:1A-5.1 et al.).
