46:8-62 Complaint data maintenance. 11. The division shall maintain data on the number of complaints filed pursuant to this act, demographic information on the complainants, the identity of the housing providers, the number of investigations conducted, and the disposition of every complaint and investigation. The division shall annually publish and post on the division's Internet website, information on substantiated complaints that have resulted in the issuance of a monetary penalty pursuant to section 12 of this act. The division shall not publish on the division's Internet website information regarding any complaint against a housing provider for which the housing provider is in good faith compliance with the requirements made by the director pursuant to subsection a. of section 12 of this act.
