Liberal construction as to grantee and strict construction against grantor

46:5-7. Liberal construction as to grantee and strict construction against grantor Sections 46:5-3 to 46:5-6 of this title shall be construed as remedial, and shall be construed liberally in favor of the grantee and strictly against the grantor in any deed or instrument mentioned therein.
