46:39-6. Provisions of any will, codicil, trust instrument, order, decree or judgment not superseded Nothing in this act shall supersede the provisions of any will, codicil, trust instrument, order, decree or judgment prescribing the powers of the persons, if more than 1, required to act jointly in respect to property within their control as co-executors, co-administrators, co-guardians, co-trustees or co-receivers.
