Custodian's compensation

46:38A-36. Custodian's compensation Except for one who is a transferor under R.S. 46:38A-8, a custodian has a noncumulative election during each calendar year to charge reasonable compensation for services performed during that year. L. 1987, c. 18, s. 1.
