46:30B-98 Interstate agreements. 46:30B-98. Interstate agreements. The administrator may enter into agreements with other states to exchange information relating to abandoned property or its possible existence needed to enable this or another state to audit or otherwise determine unclaimed property that it or another state may be entitled to subject to a claim of custody. The agreement may permit the other state, or another person acting on behalf of a state, to examine records as authorized by R.S.46:30B-1 et seq. The administrator by rule may require the reporting of information needed to enable compliance with agreements made pursuant to this section and prescribe the form.
