46:30B-95 Maintaining records; generally. 46:30B-95. Maintaining records; generally. Every holder required to file a report under Article 17 of this chapter, as to any property for which it has obtained the last known address of the owner, shall maintain a record of the name and last known address of the owner for five years after the holder files the report, except to the extent that a shorter time is provided in R.S.46:30B-96 or by rule of the administrator.
