46:30B-93 Assessment of costs for examination. 46:30B-93. Assessment of costs for examination. If an examination of the records of a person results in the disclosure of property reportable and deliverable under this chapter, the administrator may assess the cost of the examination against the holder at the rate of $50 per hour for each examiner, but in no case may the charges exceed the value of the property found to be reportable and deliverable. The cost of examination made pursuant to R.S.46:30B-93 may be imposed only against the business association. L.1989, c.58, s.1; amended 2002, c.35, s.60.
