46:30B-92 Examination of records by administrator; agents and fiduciaries for business association. 46:30B-92. Examination of records by administrator; agents and fiduciaries for business association. If a person is treated under Article 12 of this chapter as the holder of the property only insofar as the interest of a business association in the property is concerned, the administrator, pursuant to R.S.46:30B-91, may examine the records of the person if the administrator has given the notice required by R.S.46:30B-91 to both the person and the business association at least 90 days before the examination. The administrator at reasonable times may examine the records of an agent, including a dividend disbursing agent or transfer agent, of a business association that is the holder of property presumed abandoned if the administrator has given notice to both the association and the agent at least 90 days before the examination.
