46:30B-76.3. Access to confidential information 46:30B-76.3. Access to confidential information. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, upon request of the administrator, all persons and governmental entities in this State shall provide to the administrator the address and any other identification or information which could reasonably be used to locate the apparent owner of unclaimed property. Even if the information or record requested by the administrator is deemed confidential under any other law or regulation of this State, that information or record shall be furnished to the administrator. The administrator or any employee or agent of the administrator may not use or disclose the information or record except as necessary in attempting to locate the apparent owner of unclaimed property or as otherwise specifically set forth in this chapter.
