46:30B-43 Amounts presumed abandoned. 46:30B-43. Amounts presumed abandoned. In the case of credit balances, customer overpayments, security deposits, refunds, credit memoranda, unused tickets, or similar instruments, the amount presumed abandoned is the amount credited to the recipient.
