46:30B-41.1 Presumption of abandonment: minor's funds. 46:30B-41.1. Presumption of abandonment: minor's funds. Property deposited or paid into the Superior Court or to the surrogate of any county of this State for the benefit of a person who is a minor at the time of the deposit and remaining unclaimed by that person for two years after that person reaches majority is presumed abandoned.
