46:30B-41 Presumption of abandonment: Superior Court and surrogate. 46:30B-41. Presumption of abandonment: Superior Court and surrogate. Property deposited or paid into the Superior Court or to the surrogate of any county in this State to the credit of a specific cause or account under the provisions of any law, order, rule, judgment, or decree and remaining unclaimed for a period of 10 years, shall be presumed abandoned.
