46:30B-28.1 Property distributable by insurance company. 20. Property distributable by insurance company. Property distributable in the course of demutualization or related reorganization of an insurance company which remains unclaimed is deemed abandoned three years after the earlier of: the date of the distribution of the property; or the date of last contact with a policyholder.
