Power of appointment; release or contract not to exercise authorized

46:2A-1. Power of appointment; release or contract not to exercise authorized A person to whom any legal or equitable power of appointment, whether coupled with an interest or not, is given, may, by deed, release, or covenant or contract not to exercise, the power.
