Practice of acupuncture research and use of title

45:9B-6. Practice of acupuncture research and use of title No person, unless licensed or exempt under this act, shall participate in acupuncture research or use a title or description including the term "acupuncture" or any of its derivatives in a manner which would imply that he is licensed under this act. L.1975, c. 358, s. 6, eff. March 3, 1976.
