Exempt persons

45:9B-13. Exempt persons Nothing in this act shall be construed to affect or prevent a student from engaging in clinical practice under the supervision of a licensed acupuncture researcher in an educational or research institution or hospital in this State registered by the State. L.1975, c. 358, s. 13, eff. March 3, 1976.
